Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited. A copy of your identity document may be requested at any time for verification.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the support team immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account or selling it is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Account Suspension or Closure
ckk 44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for rule violations, without prior notice.
3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The payment methods currently accepted at ckk 44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for all methods).
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
3.3 Transaction Verification
For large transactions, ckk 44 reserves the right to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while an account is under investigation for irregular transactions. ckk 44 is not responsible for any charges applied by banks or mobile financial service providers.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
4.2 Regular Promotions
ckk 44 runs various regular promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, validity period, and wagering requirements. The full terms of each promotion are stated on that promotion's page and apply as a supplement to these terms.
- ckk 44 Weekly Deposit Reward — 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x.
- ckk 44 Slots Festival Bonus — 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 25x.
- ckk 44 Cricket Field Reward — 40% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met. It may not be possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time. ckk 44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5 Gaming Rules and Betting Policy
5.1 Fair Play
ckk 44 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. No game result is predetermined, and each round is conducted independently. Any attempt to manipulate game results, use software to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in any form of cheating will result in account closure.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game and sports bet has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the interface. Special betting limits may apply while a bonus is active — these will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, ckk 44 reserves the right to declare that round void and the relevant stake may be refunded. In such cases, the support team's decision is final.
5.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet on that match will be declared void and the stake will be refunded. In multi-bets, if one leg is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.00 odds and the remaining legs will remain active.

8.2 Weekly Cashback
At each VIP level, a set percentage of the week's net losses is paid as cashback. The weekly cashback rates are: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond 0.8%. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
8.3 VIP Benefit Conditions
ckk 44 reserves the right to change the rules and benefits of the VIP program at any time. VIP status may be revoked in the event of any rule violation.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:
- Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
- Operating more than one account for the same person.
- Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
- Using any software, bot, or automated system in an attempt to alter game results.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Misconduct or harassment towards other members.
10 Support and Dispute Resolution

11 Limitation of Liability
ckk 44 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- A game or bet not completing due to the user's internet connection issues.
- Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
- Temporary service disruption due to unforeseen technical failures.
- The user's own negligence in disclosing their password or account details.
Claims for financial or other losses in the above cases will not be accepted. However, if any loss occurs due to ckk 44's own error, it will be considered subject to verification.
12 Intellectual Property and Content Policy

13 Changes to Terms and Validity
